• For events with up to 20 guests, one indoor bathroom is available for use.

• Events exceeding 30 guests must arrange for porta-potty rentals.

• Porta-Potty Rentals: Luxury restroom rentals are recommended for larger events.

• Indoor Bathroom Use:

• Limited access to a home bathroom is available but is not handicapped accessible.

SMOKING

• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited near the house, barn, and patio areas.

• A violation of this policy will result in a 20% deduction from the security/damage deposit.

ALCOHOL

• Alcohol is permitted only with a signed agreement in place before alcohol is brought on site.

• Events involving alcohol require: A signed contract outlining liability and responsibility. A valid insurance policy covering alcohol-related incidents.

TRASH

• Trash disposal is included in the rental fee for up to 10 bags of waste. If waste exceeds 10 bags, an additional pick-up fee will apply. Guests are responsible for ensuring all event-related trash is collected and disposed of properly.

• Event pricing is customized based on event type, size, and duration as well as required amenities, services, additional requests and/or special accommodations.

Bookings Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.Full payment and proof of event insurance must be provided before the event.We strive to work with our clients to create a unique, memorable experience tailored to their needs.
